We like to include our drivers on the upside. Therefore, you can expect to get paid a lot more with JackRabbit than with the major delivery companies. You won’t get $2.50 orders with us, not even close. Every regular order has a guaranteed tip with driver earnings being the highest in the industry. Minimum pay for catering orders is $20.
JackRabbit has also solved the biggest problem delivery drivers have: non-tippers. Customers can tip any amount they want and you will get the tip, but for non tippers we force them to tip a minimum of 15% of the order with a cap of $4 total. This means you will always get a tip on your order, as we eliminated non-tipping in our system.
Below you will find a precise explanation of how much we pay.
There are 2 types of orders with JackRabbit:
- Regular JackRabbit orders
These are the equivalent to the typical orders you would get with Doordash or Uber Eats
We pay $4 base + $1 per mile over 4 miles + 100% of the tips
Customers can tip any amount they want. For non tippers we force them to tip a minimum of 15% of the order with a cap of $4 as forced tip.
This means that every order has a guaranteed tip with driver earnings being the highest in the industry. - Catering orders:
These are larger catering orders. You will need XXL catering bags to do these.
We pay $20 minimum, even if there is no tip on the order.
If the tip exceeds $20 then we pay you the tip.
We have seen tips in excess of $500, and even though these very large orders are not common, you will get the whole amount for delivering it if you get one.
Catering orders with more than $40 tip are not uncommon.
